Main functions of the product
1, Overweight hoists’ cage protection: When the goods in the cage
are more than maximum loading weight, the machine would be
automatic shutdown and appear screen prompts.
2, inter-layer door chain protection: When any one of the
inter-layer safety door is not closing well or hoists’ cage running
suddenly opened, the machine automatically stop running, and have
the corresponding prompt.
3, hoists’ cage safety door protection: When hanging cage
(security) door is open, the machine should not run and have the
corresponding prompt.
4, phase sequence protection: When the power supply phase sequence
is incorrect or missing phase, the machine automatically disconnect
the power and have the corresponding prompt.
5, over summit, over ground protection: reliable mechanical and
anti-summit device (anti-rather than taking it at the end of
installation), to ensure over summit and over group of the accident
will not happen.
6, motor short circuit or overload protection: When the electrical
short circuit or over-use of its rated current, voltage, the
machine automatically cut off power.
7, data protection: At any time, switch off the power supply,
built-in storage will not lose any data.
8, sensor failure protection: When the sensor fault and result in
no signal, it will be detected by computer and promptly shut down,
thereby avoiding the failure happened.
9, an external control line low-voltage protection: all external
control lines, including upper and lower limit switches,
inter-layer door, safety door switches, and pulse sensors are in
line with the International Electro technical DC24V safety
standards.
10, bell prompted functions: output bell signals before running,
the machine remind workers to leave cage of hoists, to protect the
personal safety of workers.

2, automatically correct hoists’ cage stop layer position deviation
function: in use, due to the hoist’s cage loading weight of the
goods different, so that the tensile steel wire rope caused by the
location of stop layer bias, as long as a user press inching switch
to correct position of cage, the machine automatically correct
position, thus no need to use press inching switch to correct every
time that to prolong electrical components and avoid mechanical
damage and improve efficiency.
